How to delete Facebook profile pictures

Because I have Facebook just for keeping in touch with my foreign friends and because I’ve decided once more that my privacy is violated through their techniques, I’ve decided these days to delete all the pictures that were, in any way, personal to me: pictures that show my personal objects or personal places and, of course, pictures with me (which were very few anyways).

There are many ways to delete pictures from Facebook, but all these ways are somehow hidden and not very easy to find, mostly because you don’t have the “delete this picture” option just near the picture. Don’t try to manage albums and go through all those options, there are two other easy ways to do it.

So, the first and the easiest way is to click on the picture and go on the “options” link on the bottom of the picture. There you will find the “delete this photo option”.

To access the old way of viewing pictures on Facebook, click on the album which contains the picture that you want to delete and then click on the picture with the wheel of your mouse (for Firefox), or right click on it and open it in a new tab. In this way you will access the old way of viewing pictures on Facebook and you will also have the option to delete the picture on the right side of the picture.
